Regina Ritcey

Regina has been mediating since 1989, working with youth, families and communities, as well as business and professional entities. Regina served as a full-time mediator with the New York City Family Court’s Child Permanency Mediation Program, helping families resolve child welfare matters. Regina is currently the Director of Mediation Services at Community Mediation Services, Inc., serving the needs of a diverse community in Queens, New York.  Regina is a graduate of Boston College (A.B.) and the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D.).  

Regina offers training and mediation services—particularly for parents working through separation, divorce, parenting issues (custody and parenting time (visitation)), family mediation, as well as other issues. With over 25 years of mediation experience working with families, partners, and community groups, she offers skilled mediation, group facilitation, and coaching to people seeking to mitigate personal, family, work place, and community conflict. She also offers mediation training, communication skills training, and Open Space dialogue.
