Gain supportive tools to find your next step forward

Are you in an unfulfilling relationship, or healing from a past relationship? Gain supportive tools to find your next step forward and ways to heal from past pain. Learn to become happy and hard-to-fool in your relationships. If you have ever been in or are in a relationship where you feel unfulfilled or are finding it deeply painful, this weekend will help you find your answers to:

  • What is going on?
  • Is or was it abuse? Chronic immaturity? Unresolved mental health issues? A relationship that just did not work out?
  • Is it me? Is it my partner? Both?

Here you will find clarity. You will begin to determine when abusive values are playing a role in your relationship, and how they might intertwine with other challenges to a healthy and fulfilling partnership. You will learn what approaches can address each barrier and identify the impact of past relationships on your life now, and learn and practice new skills for moving forward with your life.

The retreat will involve large and small group discussions, structured emotional support, safe movement activities, art projects, singing, laughing, powerful ritual drumming, free time, shared meals, walks and optional meditation or yoga. You will return home confident in your new found skills to assess and manage relationship challenges in a way that brings you fulfilment.
